AUDIO
As with most audio clips, spirit EVPs are barely more than a whisper and are best heard while using headphone/earbuds (noise cancelling are the best to use). We selected the audio clips below so that those who do not have headphones/earbuds should still be able to at least hear that there is "something" there, although it may not be as clear as it would be with headphones/earbuds.
This location turned out to be much more active than we expected. Equipment doesn't always work in the way that you hope it will, but during this investigation, the SpiritBox provided more clips than we expected. In the basement alone we captured 13 separate responses through the Spirit Box; we feel there are 8 that were good enough to share with you. On the main floor we captured 7 responses and feel 3 are good enough to share with you.
In these sessions we did not use headphones, but instead used a speaker so that eveyne in the group could hear the replies from the SpiritBox. The SpiritBox works by sweeping radio stations at a high rate. As a result, it can be nerve wracking to listen to the static and noise it creates, but it is worth it (at least in our opinion) when you get a response that relates to a question that has been asked.

An investigator asks what types of horses/horse breeds the family had. At 0:08 a voice says "Gell".
In researching types and breeds of horses we did find that there are:

"Geldings" which are castrated male horses. The castration impacts the horse's physical and behavioral characteristics, which can be a preferred choice for riders
-
​"Gelderlander" is a breed of horse which was created for light agricultural work and carriage driving
We are unsure if "Gell" references either of these findings related to the word "gell" that spirit spoke, but they are interesting considerations.

During a question-and-answer session, using a mini-Maglite, An investigator asks spirit to turn the flashlight off. At 0:06 at least two footsteps are heard that were not heard by the group at the time of the investigation.

An investigator asks spirit to "stomp your foot on the floor really, really hard". At 0:10 there is a noise heard by the group. One member of the group thought they heard a voice, while several others compare the sound to thump.

The group is sitting in the main room, near the two carriages when an investigator asks spirit to "come closer, between the two carriages". At 0:04 there is a faint click right next to an investigator who is sitting in between the two carriages. This is heard by the group. Many clicks were heard in various areas of this room throughout the investigation.
